Ultor ring, Bellator ring, Venator ring, and Magus ring
The four Ancient rings offer you the highest stats bonus, surpassing the imbued Fremennik rings. Currently, they are the best-in-ring-slot items. The fastest way to get these rings is to buy them from the Grand Exchange. Of course, you should pay hundreds of millions of OSRS gold for all of them.
Note:
Wearing the rings also requires the boss kills encountered in the OSRS quest Desert Treasure 2.
Once you get any vestige, bring it to Peer the Seer. Then you can make all rings. That is to say, you only need to talk to the Seer once.
Ultor ring
You must have killed Vardorvis at least once to wear an Ultor ring. It offers you the highest strength bonus (+12).
You can make the ring yourself once you get an Ultor vestige drop from Vardorvis. It requires level 90 Magic and 80 Crafting to create the Ultor ring.
How to make:
Bring the Ultor vestige to Peer the Seer (south of the Rellekka market) to learn how to combine Fremennik ring icons with ancient vestiges.
Use a Chisel on a Berserker ring to create a Berserker icon.
Combine the Berserker icon, 500 Blood runes, and the Ultor vestige to create an Ultor icon.
Bring the newly-made Ultor icon, a Ring mould, and three Chromium ingots to a furnace to craft the ring.
