Tombs of Amascut - The OSRS New Raid Rewards Changes
Days ago, the Old School RS Team published the rewards in a blog for the upcoming raid Tombs of Amascut. According to the players' feedback, they have changed some of the raid rewards. Now let's take a look at the details.
Abbot Langley No Longer Makes the Charged Ward
As some players felt that asking an NPC to create the charged Ward of Elidinis undervalues the stats required, Abbot Langley no longer makes the Charged Ward for you. It means that the charged Ward can only be made with Level 90 Prayer and Level 90 Smithing by players.
Attack Accuracy & Special Attack Cost Changes to Osmumten's Fang
The attack accuracy of the Osmumten's Fang will be raised from 150 to 175, making it the best choice for fighting the high Defence monsters. The special attack cost will reduce from 50% to 25%. Then it can better reflect its position of powerful weapons in the game.
Changes on Pharaoh's Sceptre
Depending on the Desert Diary Completion, players can increase the charges the Pharaoh's Sceptre holds.
No Desert Diary Completion: 3 Teleports
Easy Desert Diary Completion: 10 Teleports
Medium Desert Diary Completion: 25 Teleports
Hard Desert Diary Completion: 50 Teleports
Elite Desert Diary Completion: 100 Teleports
A charged Pharaoh's Sceptre is no longer tradeable. But you can uncharge it at any time, making it tradeable again.
There is an obelisk outside the raid entrance that players can use the Sceptre on it. By doing this, players will be granted an additional teleport close to the raid entrance. But you must complete the Beneath Cursed Sands quest first before you can do it.
