The Easiest OSRS Boss Guide - Barrows Brothers
The OSRS Barrows is a dangerous combat minigame you can play for valuable items from the Rewards chest. There are no other requirements but the Priest in Peril quest completion. It is a popular minigame because players receive good rewards with low combat stats.

The only requirement is the completion of the Priest in Peril quest. In addition, we suggest you meet the minimum requirements below:

Melee attack
Level 60 attack to use the dragon dagger
Level 70 attack to use the abyssal whip

Others
Complete the Animal Magnetism quest to use Ava's device
You need at least two combat styles to defeat the six barrow brothers. We suggest you use Magic and Ranged.

How To Get To Barrows
Although there are many different ways to get there, the fastest way is to use a barrows report tablet which can teleport you directly to the entrance of the game area. Or you can use your player-owned-house for a quick bank, Prayer recharge, and return the minigame.
The Six Barrow brothers
Now is the time for fighting - You will meet the six brothers (a random one in the maze) by digging with your spade while standing on each top of the burial mounds. Kill the five brothers and enter the Barrows tunnel you found (random for each round) to get into the crypts. Be sure to kill the five brothers before entering the tunnel.
Barrows crypts
Be attention that you will meet the sixth brother in any room/path at any time while you are in the crypts.
In the starting room, you can find that only one door is available to open while the other three are disabled checking by right-clicking on the doors. Open the door and follow the path until you find the right door that leads to the center room. But you can picklock the disabled doors straight to the center room with the Strange old lockpick (buy from the Grand Exchange) for a faster trip with some cost.
Before entering the center room, you must solve the last puzzle by clicking on the door. The answers are as follows:
You can use the Barrows brothers plugin of the RuneLite Client to solve the puzzle and play the minigame easier.
Brother Kills & Reward Potential
You can find the Barrows reward chest in the center room. Before opening it, check the brother kills and the reward potential you have gained. In short, you have to kill all the six brothers and the following monsters to maximize the amount of awarded runes:
1 giant crypt spider, 1 skeleton, and 1 crypt spider (880 points)
1 giant crypt spider, 1 skeleton, and 1 bloodworm (876 points)
2 skeletons and 1 crypt spider (878 points)
2 skeletons and 1 bloodworm (874 points)
3 bloodworms and 1 crypt spider (880 points)
4 bloodworms (876 points)
You will gain 50% more runes after completing the Morytania Hard Diary.
Barrows Rewards
Open the chest and search it for your rewards. If the sixth brother did not appear when you traveled through the tunnel, he would come to live and attack you once you opened the chest. After you have looted the chest, the screen starts to shake, and you will be hurt. Please leave immediately.
