Melee Bonus

Stab Attack

The best choice for the stab attack bonus is Ardougne cloak 4, which is a reward for completing the Elite Ardougne Diary. And It gives you a +6 stab attack bonus. If you don't have the requirements for it, the Ardougne cloak 3 (+5) or Ardougne cloak 2 (+4) will be your best choice.

Crush Attack

The Mythical cape is the best to increase your crush attack. After the Dragon Slayer II quest, you can purchase it from Jack at the Mythical Cape Store on the top floor of the Myths' Guild for 10,000 coins. It has a +6 crush attack. Two more capes give you a crush attack bonus: the Infernal cape (+4) and Fire cape (+1).

Slash Attack

Only two capes give you a slash attack bonus: the Infernal cape (+4) and Fire cape (+1). The Infernal cape is a reward for completing the Inferno, and the Fire cape is a reward for completing the TzHaar Fight Cave.

Strength

Only three capes give you the Strength bonus: the Infernal cape (+8), the Fire cape (+4), and the Mythical cape (+1).

Ranged Bonus

Ranged Attack

Ava's assembler is the best for the Ranged attack bonus (+8) for the cape slot. It's an upgraded version of Ava's accumulator (the second-best with a +4 Ranged attack bonus). Bring a Vorkath's head (the drop of Vorkath boss after completion of Dragon Slayer II quest) and 75 Mithril arrows and talk to Ava in Draynor Manor (after completion of Animal Magnetism quest). Use Ava's accumulator or Ava's attractor if you haven't completed Dragon Slayer II.

Ranged Strength

Ava's assembler is the only cape slot item for the Ranged Strength bonus (+2).

Magic Bonus

Magic Attack

The best cape for increasing the Magic attack is any of the Imbued god capes (+15). You can imbue the God capes (the second-best cape with a +10 Magic attack, obtained by completing the Mage Arena I miniquest) by completing the Mage Arena II miniquest.

Magic Damage

Only the Imbued god capes give you a 2% Magic damage bonus.

Prayer Bonus

The best cape for Prayer bonus is the Soul cape (+8), which you can purchase from the Soul wars reward shop for 2,500 Zeal Tokens. And then comes the Ardougne cloak 4 (+6), Ardougne cloak 3 (+5), and Ardougne cloak 2 (+4). The Achievement diary cape and Skill capes also give you a +4 Prayer bonus, while the God cloaks and 3rd age druidic cloak, obtained from the Treasure Trails, give you a +3 Prayer bonus.
