OSRS Xeric's Talisman - An Amulet for Teleportation

Xeric's talisman is an amulet for teleportation, saving you a lot of time traveling throughout the Great Kourend. It's also helpful when you progress the OSRS minigame treasure trail.

How to Get the Xeric's Talisman

You can get it as a drop from Lizardmen, Brutes, and Shamans with a drop rate of 1/250 (1/125 if you have completed the easy Kourend & Kebos Diary). Stealing from Stone chests in the Lizardman Temple beneath Molch (entrances are marked with dungeon icons) is another method to get the talisman at a drop rate of 1/300.

How to Charge the Xeric's Talisman

You will find that the talisman is inert and uncharged once you get it. Buy some Lizard fangs at the Grand Exchange and use them on it to activate it. It can hold up to 1,000 charges.

Teleportation Locations

You can teleport to five locations with Xeric's Talisman (find in the image above).

Xeric's Lookout: at its entrance south-east of Shayzien

Xeric's Glade: by the magic trees northeast of the Hosidius farming patch

Xeric's Inferno: at the lovakite furnace in the centre of Lovakengj

Xeric's Heart: next to the statue at Kourend Castle (complete the OSRS Miniquest Architectural Alliance to unlock it)

Xeric's Honour, at the summit of Mount Quidamortem (use an ancient tablet (obtained from the Chambers of Xeric) on the talisman to activate it)

Mounted Xeric's Talisman

If you have a 72 Construction and have a Portal Nexus in your house, You can build a mounted xeric's talisman in the Amulet space. The mounted talisman has unlimited teleport charges.

Prepare a hammer, a saw, a Mahogany plank, a Gold leaf, 5000 x Lizardman fangs, and a Xeric's Talisman (inert). You can buy the plank, leaf, and fangs at the Grand Exchange.

Go to your house (building mode), right-click on the empty Amulet space (either 1 or 2), and select the build option.

You can also use the Ancient tablets on a mounted talisman to unlock the Xeric's Honour teleport.
