OSRS Quest Speedrunning Game Mode Introduction
The OSRS quest speedrunning, a new game mode, has released on 12 October 2022. Have you tried it? Today we will introduce it to you.
Speedrunning Worlds
Currently, there are ten worlds for playing Quest speedruning:
UK: World 502, World 503

Germany: World 549, World 550
Australia: World 568, World 569
How to Start
When you log into the Quest speedrunning world, a popped window will ask you to start. After clicking the start button, you have to create a new character. Then you can click the quest icon to view all available quests.
Click on a quest you want to start to view the details.
When you click the Set Up Speedrun button, your character will teleport to the quest start point. And all quest-suggested items will be in your inventory. The system will set your skills at the suggested levels.
Note: You have to make or collect all required items (including armor and weapon) by yourself after starting the challenge.
Talk to the quest start NPC to start the challenge.

There are 20 trophies because there are only five quests for playing. There will be ten more quests available to play five months later.
You will gain Quest speedrun points while you get a trophy:
Bronze: 10 Points
Silver: 30 Points
Gold: 80 Points
Platinum: 200 Points
You can gain up to 1600 points in total.
You can spend your points at the Speedrunning Reward Shop (Eliza) in the center of Varrock (north of the Varrock General Store) in the main game mode.
Adventurer's Outfit (Tier 1): 200 points
Adventurer's Outfit (Tier 2): 600 points
Adventurer's Outfit (Tier 3): 1800 points
Speedy teleport scroll: 600 points
Giant stopwatch: 1,200 points
Note: You cannot buy the Tier 3 outfit because you can get up to 1600 points currently.
If players like the game mode, Jagex will look at expanding the Quest Speedrunner and its rewards. We can see that there are only 96 players in these worlds. Maybe many players haven't noticed this update yet?
