OSRS Member Quest Guide - Plague City
Edmond and Alrena need you! In the OSRS quest. You need to enter West Ardougne to help them find their missing daughter, Elena. You can unlock the ability to teleport to East Ardougne after the quest.

Hangover cure - Buy each of the Chocolate dust, Bucket of milk, and Snape grass from the Grand Exchange. Use the Chocolate dust on the Bucket of milk, then use the Snape grass on the mixture (Chocolatey milk).

Skill necklace for Fishing guild teleport and some Stamina potions.
Ring of wealth for the Grand Exchange teleport, then use the Spirit tree to teleport to the Battlefield of Khazard if you have completed the Tree Gnome Village quest.
Quest Walkthrough
Before starting the quest, prepare all items (except the Picture of Elena).
1. Head to the northwest building, just north of the pub in East Ardougne.
2. Speak to Edmond. (Chat 1-1)
3. Speak to Alrena. She is in/near the house east of Edmond. She will give you a Gas mask. Wear it.
4. You will find the picture of Elena on a table in the house. Take it.
5. Return to Edmond and speak to him.
6. Use four buckets of water on the mud patch between the cabbages and potatoes west of the house.
7. Use the spade on the softened ground.
8. Move to the far south, and you will find a pipe. Try to pull the grill.
9. Use the rope on the grill and speak to Edmond.
10. Climb up the pipe.
11. Speak to Jethick, east of where you are (the Manhole). (Chat 1) He will give you a book.
12. Walk north to a small house just north of the main building, where you will find a rotten apple outside it.
13. Open the door and go in.
14. Speak to either Martha Rehnison or Ted Rehnison.
15. Go upstairs and speak to Milli Rehnison.
16. Climb down the stairs and leave the house. Then go southmost to find the building (a Sppooky staircase inside, marked with a black box on the map), southeast of the Church.
17. Click the door and try to open it. (Chat 2)
18. Head to the main building, just north of the Manhole.
19. Speak to the Clerk (Chat 1-3)
20. Speak to Bravek in the eastern room. (Chat1-3) He will give you a scruffy note for the hangover cure.
21. Make the hangover cure if you haven't made it. And use it on Bravek. (Chat 3) He will give you a warrant.
22. Return to the building southeast of the Church, and go in. Search the Barrel west of the Spooky stairs to obtain a small key.
23. Climb down the stairs, open the door with the key, and speak to Elena.
24. Return to the Manhole, open and climb down, walk north, and climb the mud pile.
25. Speak to Edmond to complete the quest.

Ardougne teleport scroll - read it to unlock the Ardougne Teleport (you need 51 Magic to cast the spell or use the Ardougne teleport tab)
It is one of the must-to-do quests because you can quickly teleport to East Ardougne after the completion.
