OSRS Game Jam III - Wilderness Rejuvenation Project Quick Overview
Each Game Jam has new projects that attract players. Today we will introduce the Wilderness Rejuvenation Project to you. But please remember that the project is just a concept, and it's not confirmed to come to the game shortly.
Wilderness Clues
The surprise is the Wilderness-only Clue Scrolls, which contain several steps that vary in difficulty, such as digging, emoting, killing the various bosses in the Wilderness, and so on.
Of course, there will be more rewards like Blighted supplies, Super Restores, Ornate Maul Handles, and other Wilderness-themed items.
Wilderness Slayer
Increase the drop rate of Larran Keys.
Normalising respawn timers across the Wilderness to 9 seconds (the same as in the Wilderness Slayer Cave).
Supply Drops to allow players to stay in the Wilderness for longer.
Add Blighted Fragments (used to make Wilderness-only Clue Scrolls) to the Wilderness Slayer monsters drop list.
Wilderness Agility Course Rework
It is no longer just for agility experience. You can purchase a key to the course for 50,000 or 100,000 OSRS gold coins, which can be used to open a chest that contains the rewards you earned by completing each lap. The more laps you complete, the more rewards you earn.
By the way, you don't know what you get until you open it. Be careful! If a PKer kills you, the killer will get the rewards.
There is also another possible rework - touching pillars like what you do in the Brimhaven Agility Dungeon. When you are doing it, you will get Blighted items and a few high-value Alchable items.
Trouver System Rework
They may replace Trouver Parchments with a Mangled condition. Perdu will help you repair the Mangled items for 10x the repair fee for the Broken item.
If you kill a player beyond level 20 Wilderness, you will get the OSRS gold coins for their total Mangled repair costs. Below level 20 Wilderness, the reward will be the total Broken repair costs.
Wilderness Resource Area Changes
Mining
Add a +7 (or more) invisible stat boost.
Rocks will be the Rich veins version that never deplete.
Runite golems will drop extra resources.
Smithing

Anvil buffs - Make the entire inventory of bars at once; Smithing speed boost; Save bars when smithing.
Woodcutting
Add a +7 (or more) invisible stat boost.
Enriched trees will provide double (or the chance) logs, with a reduced chance to despawn.
Fletching
The Fletcher's Table will let you fletch any logs, with a chance to get multiple items from each.
Piles will buy unnoted unstrung bows for just under Alch price.
Fishing
Add a +7 (or more) invisible stat boost.
The Enriched fishing spots will provide you a chance for double Crab catches and save your bait.
Cooking
The Eternal fire will provide you with a decreased burn rate and cook two Crabs at once.
Wilderness Bosses
The Loot table to the Chaos Elemental and Scorpia may be changed.
Rogues' Castle
Rogues will drop more valuable items, and they will be weak to Ice Barrage.
The glowing chest will spawn outside of the building. You can open it with level 70 Thieving. But the Rogues will start attacking you once you open it. And also, there will be a golden chest. A superior rogue will attack you immediately once you open it.
You will get noted rewards and the Thieving experience by opening the chests. Defeating a superior rogue will award you sweet drops, a huge Thieving experience, and a supply package filled with everything you need.
We look forward to more changes in the Wilderness.
