OSRS Game Jam 2023
OSRS Game Jam is Jagex's annual one-week event focused on releasing new Old School RuneScape content based on Mods' ideas and players' suggestions. But these projects are only concepts - they may not necessarily be added to the game.
The first Game Jam of 2023 will start the following week. We are looking forward to new ideas and engaging content.
Hairdressing Changes
Emma and Suzie have opened up a new salon in East Varrock, providing you with free Hairdressing and chic new hairstyles. Will the Hairdresser in Falador be unemployed? Who knows?
From now on, You can freely choose these cute hairstyles set up without being limited by the game character model you choose.
And the hairstyle-changing interface is also changed. You can select your new hairstyles easier than before.
Now head to the new salon north of the Varrock Museum in east Varrock to get a new hairstyle. Shhh - you are also able to select five new colours.

Desert Treasure II Rewards Beta Closed
Desert Treasure II is the fourth grandmaster tier OSRS quest, which will be live in the game in the summer of this year.
The Desert Treasure II rewards beta opened to all players on April 12, 2023, and closed on April 18, 2023.
No worries if you have missed it. There will be another beta in May.
About New Prayers - The Ruinous Powers
Jagex said in the latest blog:
"All options are still open to us and indeed, if after further iterations these prayers still don’t feel right for Old School, we don’t need to continue moving forward with them."
What does this mean? Jagex feels that the repeated refinement work still cannot satisfy the player. Perhaps the new prayer project will be put on hold and will not be counted as one of the DT2 rewards. That is to say - the new prayer project may be postponed or abandoned.
