OSRS Free Quest Guide - Witch's Potion & Goblin Diplomacy
Today we will continue to share two OSRS quest strategies for you: Witch's Potion & Goblin Diplomacy. Both of the two quests are also very easy, and we do not recommend that you purchase from RSBee.
Witch's Potion
Requirements
There are no requirements for the quest.
Required Items
Burnt meat, Eye of newt, Onion, and Rat's tail (untradeable)
You can buy all of them except the Rat's tail at the Grand Exchange.
Recommended
Skill necklace for Crafting guild teleport if you are a member. Some Energy potions for non-members.
Quest Walkthrough
Before starting the quest, buy each of the Burnt meat, Eye of newt, and Onion on the Grand Exchange.
1. Use the Skill necklace to teleport to the Crafting guild and run south to Rimmington. Speak to Hetty in the southeast room (the quest start icon on the map). (Chat 1-1)
2. Kill a level 1 Rat in the archery store west of Hetty's house to get a Rat's tail. Note that you can only get the tail drop after starting the quest.
3. Speak to Hetty with all four required items.
4. Drink from the cauldron to complete the quest.

Goblin Diplomacy
Requirements
There are no requirements for the quest.
Required Items
Goblin mail x3, Blue dye x1, Orange dye x1
You can buy all of them at the Grand Exchange.
Recommended
Runes for Falador teleport or a Falador teleport tablet (member-only)
Some Energy potions if you don't have 37 Magic.
Quest Walkthrough
Before starting, buy all required items on the Grand Exchange.
1. Use the Blue dye on one Goblin mail and the Orange dye on another.
2. Head to the Goblin Village north of Falador.
3. Speak to General Bentnoze or General Wartface. (Chat 3-3; 2-3-3 if Dragon Slayer I is in progress)
4. Speak to any of them two more times until they confirm the Brown (not the dyed one in your inventory).
Quest complete!
