OSRS Forestry - A Bunch of Feedback Changes
After the OSRS update, there is no doubt that this extension pack has become the best method for training Woodcutting. You can get up to 200K+ experience per hour.
Of course, there will be certain adjustments and changes after each new content update. Nowadays, Jagex has made some adjustments based on player feedback. Let's take a look together.
Event Rewards
All players who participated in any events will now receive the final experience and other rewards after completing the event.
Forestry Shop
Forestry Kit is now free from the Friendly Forester! You can also sell the Funky-Shaped Log and Log Basket back to Forestry Shop for Anima-infused bark and some logs.
Collection Log
Many players wanted Jagex to add unique items from the Forestry to the collection log. So here it is. If you have obtained some ones before, they will unlock automatically. Otherwise, you can purchase them from the Forestry shop to unlock them.
Events
The overall XP from participating in the Struggling Sapling has been reduced by 30%. Now the XP received scales with the time you participate in the event, and the 100% Mulch combination now gives approximately 2x the XP of its 70% counterpart.
You can now ask the Woodcutting Leprechaun to take Teak, Mahogany, and Arctic Pine Logs to your Bank. And his appearance no longer interrupts what you are currently doing, such as High alchemy and fletching.
Forestry Worlds
In the beginning, every Forest World was really overcrowded. Now Jagex added more worlds for the activity.
World 312 (DE) - Group Skilling
World 313 (US West) - Group Skilling
World 388 (AUS) - Forestry
World 398 (DE) - Forestry
World 434 (US) - F2P Forestry
There are many players who hop among the hot tree locations to participate in the events for max experience and money. Perhaps, Jagex will impose restrictions on such players in the future, such as measuring your eligibility to participate in the event based on your contribution to the current chopping down.
Happy Forestry!
