OSRS Easter Event 2024 Guide

Happy Easter! Easter Bunny has returned to the OSRS game. Go to find the rabbit at the southern entrance of the Grand Exchange in Varrock to start the OSRS Easter event 2024. It's available for both members and non-members. 

Note: The event was removed from OSRS on 17th April, 2024.

Items

There are no required items. But we suggest you bring a rune pickaxe (or the best you can use). A Stamina potion for restoring your run energy.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Easter Bunny. Select yes and finish the chat.

2. Talk to Protester, Upset easter egg hunter, and the disappointed family (south of Bunny) until you see a Shifty looking priest appearing east of Bunny.

3. Talk to the priest. He will leave after the conversation.

4. Go a bit east and talk to Eggus Manus. He wears yellow robes with a yellow hat. Select yes to visit the church. Finish the chat in the church.

5. Talk to all three Egg priests in the church.

6. Talk to Eggus Manus in the church to receive a book called Yolklore of ayaster. Read it.

7. Talk to Eggus Manus. Watch a cutscene and finish the chat. Now you are in Easter Bunny's workshop.

8. Go and take a bronze pickaxe from the tables to the south. You can see some red dots on the minimap.

9. Go west along the tracks. You will find an Egg priest mining an Easter egg rock. There is an Easter egg cart next to him. Mine three Easter eggs from the other Easter egg rocks to the south and put them into the cart.

10. Go south along the tracks. You will find the second Egg priest. Mine three Easter eggs and put them into the cart.

11. Go east along the tracks. You will find the third Egg priest. Mine three Easter eggs and put them into the cart.

12. Continue going east and then north. You will find the fourth and the fifth Egg priests. Mine six Easter eggs and put them into the carts.

13. Go back and talk to Bunny. You will find yourself in the church after the chat.

14. Talk to Eggus Manus in the church. Select yes.

15. Go south to the end and climb down the crypt staircase.

16. Go a bit west and talk to Eg to get the Eggnappin' sack, Tinderbox, and Spade. Now, you need to capture nine Animated eggs.

17. Walk around the crypt and capture them:

Seven eggs can be directly captured. There is one in the northeast room - don't miss it. You can check the Eggnappin' sack any time to see how many eggs you have captured.

You will find an egg trapped in the fences. Use the Tinderbox on the Unlit brazier to the north, then go south to capture it.

Go to the southeast room and stand near the pile of chocolate. Just click your Spade to dig. When you try to use the Spade on the chocolate pile, you will receive a message in the chat box - Nothing interesting happens. Capture the egg after it appears.

18. Go back and talk to Eg.

19. Talk to Eggus Manus in the church to finish the event.

After completing the event, you can right-click on Eggus Manus and select the teleport option to return to Varrock.
