OSRS Beneath Cursed Sands Easy Full Quick Guide

OSRS Beneath Cursed Sands is the latest master tier one of the Desert quest series, introducing players to the upcoming third raid of Tombs of Amascut. We at RSBee have prepared an easy, full-length, and quick guide that we hope will be helpful to you.

Requirements

You must have completed the Contact! quest, and have skills of 62 Agility, 55 Crafting, and 55 Firemaking. A higher combat level will make it easier for you to complete this quest.

Getting There

Use the Magic carpet or the Pharaoh's sceptre Teleportation (Jalsavrah).

Start out

Bring combat equipment, some stamina potion, waterskin(4), and food.

1. Head to Jamila and talk to her in Sophanem to start the quest. (Chat 2.1) And she will give you a message.

2. Read the message. Then go to the campsite, east of Sophanem, and talk to Maisa. (Chat 1) A cutscene will play.

3. Follow the path and inspect the blocked entry of Jaltevas Pyramid.

4. Speak to any citizen or Menaphite Guard. After a cutscene, kill the Head Menaphite Guard. Don't use Protect from Melee.

Ruins of Ullek

Bring combat equipment, coal, a tinderbox, a spade, an iron bar, and food.

1. Go back to Maisa and speak to her.

2. Head south, east, and then north to enter the Ruins of Ullek using the stairs.

3. Head to the furnace in Ruins of Ullek, and use the coal on it.

4. Search the well next to the furnace for a stone tablet, and read it.

5. Go back to the stairs and climb down, then head south and dig in front of the southern-most ritual pillar.

6. Open the chest with the passcode "1118513" to receive a scarab mould.

7. Return to the furnace, and use the iron bar on it with the mould to craft a scarab emblem.

8. Head north and inspect the pillar, then insert the emblem.

9. Rotate the scarab to make it faces downward.

10. Climb down the stairs and kill two Scarab Mages.

11. Climb down any of the two sets of stairs again.

12. Run west, south, and east to the end.

13. Pull the lever. Run west, north to the end, and east to the end. Pull the other lever. If you are fast enough, you will disable all the traps.

Riddle of the Tomb

1. Go west, then south. You will find a door to the west. Walk further west, and you will find some plaques and urns.

2. Inspect the southwestern plaque to receive four emblems.

3. Inspect the north-western plaque to read the riddle (random for each player).

4. Solve the riddle and put the emblem in the right ern.

Human: God of health
Scarab: God of isolation
Crocodile: Goddess of resourcefulness
Baboon: Goddess of companionship

5. Pull the lever and open the door. Walk further west and talk to the Spirit.

6. Search the urn at the back of the room for the rusty key.

The Champion of Scabaras Boss

Go and get supplies for the boss fighting if necessary. Don't forget to take the rusty key back! We suggest you fight the boss with Ranged.

1. Head back and climb up the stairs.

2. Drink your ranged potion and turn on Protect from Magic. Then open the door to the west with your rusty key.

3. Kill the Champion of Scabaras. Always keep 4 tiles away from him.

4. Speak to the High Priest of Scabaras.

5. Tele out of the room.

Cure for the Pox

1. Withdraw a piece of Raw beef or Cooked meat.

2. Head to Zahur and Maisa in the building south of the fountain in Nardah, and talk to any of them.

3. Run west, and you will find the stepping stones in the river.

4. Click on the stepping stones and throw the meat.

5. Pick the Lily of Elid and then return to Zahur.

6. Talk to her, then use the Chemistry table.

7. Use the "+" and "-" to warm up her chemistry equipment.

A possible solution on the wiki: Increase the two bars on the right to maximum capacity. Then fill the left bar 1 time and lower the right bar 1 time, repeating this a few times all 3 bars are at equal levels. Then lower the middle bar repeatedly to achieve the correct temperature.

8. Head back to the High Priest in Sophanem, and talk to him.

The Menaphite Akh Boss and Completion

Gear up with Melee combat equipment. Withdraw some Prayer potion, super combat potion, waterskin(4), and food.

1. Return to Maisa in the necropolis and talk to her.

2. After the cutscene, kill the Menaphite Akh.

3. Speak to Osman.

4. Head back to Sophanem and talk to Maisa or the High Priest to complete the quest.

The circlet of water, an untradeable helm that acts like a waterskin when worn
Access to a fairy ring on a small island southwest of Necropolis, code a k p. (Unlocked when entering Necropolis during the beginning of the quest.)
Jaltevas teleport option on the Pharaoh's sceptre. Unlocked by selecting Commune on an obelisk in the Necropolis area.
