OSRS Basilisk Knight and Basilisk Jaw
Firstly, let's talk about the Neitiznot faceguard, the upgraded version of Helm of Neitiznot, which gives a +6 strength bonus (the second best after The Torva full helm). You need a 70 defense and completion of the OSRS quest - The Fremennik Exiles to wear it. You can make it by combining a Helm of Neitiznot and a Basilisk jaw (dropped by The Basilisk knight).
Basilisk knight
The Basilisk knight is a slayer monster that requires 60 Slayer and completion of The Fremennik Exiles to kill. You can find the Basilisk knight in the Jormungand's Prison beneath the Island of Stone. You must wear a mirror or V's shield when fighting against it.
The Basilisk knight uses melee and magic to attack players. But you can safespot it with a ranged weapon while turning on Protect from Magic prayer.
Bring some ranging and prayer potions and head to the north-western dock of Rellekka. Then ask Haskell to take you to the Island of Stone. Walk north and enter the Jormungand's Prison. You will find the Basilisk knight in the southwestern corner of the dungeon.
Basilisk Jaw
The Basilisk jaw is the unique drop from Basilisk knight. The drop rate is 1/5,000, but it will be 1/1,000 while on a basilisk Slayer task. So, we don't suggest you camp for the jaw without a Slayer task.
You can also buy the jaw from other players via the Grand Exchange, although it will cost about 20 million OSRS gold coins. But the cost is worth it.
Once you have gotten the Basilisk jaw, speak to Olaf the Bard for stories about it (put it in your inventory). Then you can make your Neitiznot faceguard.
Don't forget to bring nature and fire runes for high alchemy, as the Basilisk knight will drop adamant and rune items.
Good luck on Basilisk knight slaying.
