OSRS 2024 Halloween Event Guide
Happy Halloween, everybody. The 2024 Halloween event became available in the OSRS game on 16 October. Here is the guide for the event.
Requirements
There are no requirements for the event. Both member and non-member players can complete it.
Getting There
If you are a member and have completed the Medium Lumbridge & Draynor Diary, use Explorer's ring 2 to teleport to the cabbage patch near Falador farm. Or teleport to Draynor Village with a charged amulet of glory and run to the event start location.
For non-members, teleport to Falador. Then, run southeast to the farm.
If you cannot find the Falador farm, open the world map, and you will find the holiday event icon.
Walkthrough
1. Talk to Marika on the pumpkin farm (the cabbage farm). She will give you a picture map.
2. Pick 16 pumpkins marked in the picture below. You'd better mark the tiles where you picked the pumpkins if you enabled the Ground Markers plugin (for RuneLite users).
3. Talk to Marika after picking all the pumpkins.
4. Pick a pumpkin (anyone) from the storage bin north of Marika.
5. Click on the table west of Marika to carve it (anyone).
6. Use the pumpkin (disgusted) on the scarecrow southeast of the table.
7. Talk to Marika and finish watching the cutscene.
8. Finish the chat, and watch another cutscene. Marika will give you some seed packets.
9. Plant the seeds where you picked the pumpkins. Press the number keys for quick planting according to the picture above.
10. Talk to Marika and finish watching the cutscene. (Select 'I need silence right now.' if you have more chat options.)
