Motherlode Mine, Group Ironman, Wilderness & PvP-related Changes

To let players better experience the game, Jagex made some improvements and updates to the OSRS game on 15 March. Today we will share them with you.

Motherlode Mine

Motherlode Mine is one of the OSRS minigames you can play for Mining training.

Now the respawn rate of all veins on the upper and lower levels is 33% faster.

Now you can find more veins in the southern area of Motherlode Mine.

Now you will find a Level 54 Agility shortcut between the Bank and the southern part of the mine. It will save you lots of time if you want to camp here.

Group Ironman

Group Ironman Storage will be locked 10 minutes before every game update reboot to protect your transaction cancellation and items lost.

The Ironman Tutor will now pay attention if you previously indicated you never wanted to downgrade while informing you about Iron mode.

Group sizes for ranked GIM now correctly reflect the largest group players have been a part of.

The bug of a few GIM Combat Achievements that were erroneously being counted toward the total number in the interface has been fixed.

Wilderness and PvP-related Changes

Some environmental changes have been made to the area outside Venenatis’ lair to prevent abuse of the nearby single-way combat zone:

> The entrance to the lair now faces west instead of south.

> Some trees have been added behind the entrance to prevent Ranged and Magic attacks from the single-way combat area.

If you are playing on permanent Deadman Worlds, you can get an Imbue Scroll from Wilderness monsters now, with more chances for higher-level monsters.

Target worlds no longer have misleading messages about the non-existence of PJ timers.

The Last Updates of Poll 78

Some updates of Poll 78 have been released in the game during the last week.

You can get a Ring of recoil drop from looting the Magpie Impling jars.

You can filter your Prayers in the same way as Magic spells.

The Abyssal Dagger’s special attack now costs 25% of the special energy instead of 50%.

You can now use the Special Attack Orb beside the minimap in the Wilderness, PvP Worlds, and PvP Minigames.
