A Brief Summary of OSRS Leagues III - Shattered Relics Fragments Set Effects

In OSRS Leagues III, The Sage shattered powerful relics into pieces of fragments and scattered them across all over the world. You can collect these fragments by skilling, bossing, completing a treasure trail, or any other activities within the game. You can unlock the number of fragment slots by completing the League tasks to equip more fragments. There are 53 Fragments, divided into five types: Skilling, Combat, Miscellaneous, Harvesting, and Production. And these fragments can be combined to form 23 set effects.

Absolute Unit

You can equip any two or three of Dragon On A Bit, Rune Escape, Superior Tracking, Armadylean Decree, Divine Restoration, Tactical Duelist, Saradominist Defence, and Venomaster fragments to activate the Set Effects. Absolute Unit (2) gives you 30% less damage from monsters, with 50% of post-reduction damage reflected back to the attacker. And Absolute Unit (3) gives you 50% less damage from monsters, with 100% of post-reduction damage reflected back to the attacker.

The Craftsman

While any three of Rumple-Bow-String, Dragon On A Bit, Imcando's Apprentice, Grave Robber(skilling-type), Profletchional, and Pro Tips equipped, The Craftsman Set Effect will be activated. It gives you the full amount of experience but all items in your inventory will be processed once when you do smelting, smithing, crafting, spinning, and fletching.

The Alchemist

The Alchemist is activated by equipping any three of Golden Brick Road, Dine & Dash, Slay All Day, Certified Farmer, Homewrecker, Mixologist, and Just Druid!. You can get the full amount of experience but all items in your inventory will be processed once when you train cooking and herblore.

Chain Magic

Equipped any two or three of Thrall Damage, Unholy Wizard, Zamorakian Sight, Mother's Magic Fossils, Deeper Pockets, Rooty Tooty 2x Runeys, Hot On The Trail, and Imcando's Apprentice will activate the Chain Magic. You have a 30% or 60% chance to perform another magic attack after a successful hit with magic.

Double Tap

For Rangers, any two or three of Smithing Double, Rumple-Bow-String, Rogues' Chompy Farm, Unholy Ranger, Armadylean Decree, Chinchonkers, and Pro Tips equipped, Double Tap will be activated to have a 30% or 60% chance to perform another ranged attack after a successful hit with ranged.

Drakan's Touch

Equipped any two or three of Unholy Wizard, Zamorakian Sight, Clued In, Unholy Ranger, Praying Respects, Larger Recharger, and Special Discount will activate Drakan's Touch, which makes the Successful hits have a 50% chance of restoring your hitpoints by 5% or 10% of the damage dealt.

Endless Knowledge

When any three of Arcane Conduit, Thrall Damage, Enchanted Jeweler, Alchemaniac, Plank Stretcher, and Mother's Magic Fossils are equipped, Endless Knowledge will be activated, which allows you to switch your spellbook freely anywhere.

Fast Metabolism

Fast Metabolism, which makes your hitpoints regenerate at 4x will be activated while any two of Grave Robber, Rock Solid, Bandosian Might, Larger Recharger, Hot On The Trail, and Venomaster equipped.

Greedy Gatherer

When any two or three of Message In A Bottle, Molten Miner, Rock Solid, Certified Farmer, Chef's Catch, Slash & Burn, and Just Druid! equipped, Greedy Gatherer, which makes you receive double or triple the resources from fishing, woodcutting, mining, and farming. And you can get the full amount of experience.

Knife's Edge

You can deal 0.3% or 0.6% more damage for every hitpoint missing with Knife's Edge, activated by equipping any two of three Barbarian Pest Wars, Message In A Bottle, Slay All Day, Bottomless Quiver, Livin' On A Prayer, Praying Respects, Unholy Warrior, and Saradominist Defence.

Last Recall

Activate the Last Recall by equipping any four of Enchanted Jeweler, Rune Escape, Clued In, Slay 'n' Pay, Superior Tracking, Chinchonkers, Homewrecker, Profletchional, Rooty Tooty 2x Runeys, and Smooth Criminal. Then you will get a crystal of memories from the Sage, which allows you to teleport back to your most recent teleport.

Personal Banker

Personal Banker can be activated by equipping any two or three of Smithing Double, Alchemaniac, Molten Miner, Seedy Business, Catch Of The Day, and Deeper Pockets. You have a 50% or 100% chance to deposit the Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and farming resources to your bank.

Trailblazer

You will receive a portable waystone from The Sage, which can teleport you to other waystones after Trailblazer is activated. Equip any three of Arcane Conduit, Golden Brick Road, Bottomless Quiver, Seedy Business, Chef's Catch, Smooth Criminal, and Unholy Warrior will activate the Set Effect.

Twin Strikes

Twin Strikes can be activated by equipping any two of three Barbarian Pest Wars, Slay 'n' Pay, Divine Restoration, Livin' On A Prayer, Tactical Duelist, Bandosian Might, and Special Discount. You have a 30% or 60% chance to perform another melee attack after a successful hit with melee.

Unchained Talent

You can get all non-combat skills +8 boosts to unlocked skills by activating Unchained Talent, by equipping any three of Plank Stretcher, Rogues' Chompy Farm, Dine & Dash, Catch Of The Day, Slash & Burn, and Mixologist.
