Death on the Isle is an osrs quest released on 25 September 2024. You can start it by speaking to Patzi on the island of Aldarin. After the quest, you can pickpocket Constantinius to get an icon, and open the Fancy chest in the basement (south west corner). Then search the southwest fountain. Go northeast corner of the island to activate the teleport to Aldarin with the Pendant of ates by using the icon on the statue.
